Legal & Policies

Terms & Policies

Please read these policies carefully before attending your appointment. By booking with Evolve Aesthetics Clinic you agree to the terms outlined below.

01

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to offer appointments to others, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Notice required

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

No-shows

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged. Repeat no-shows may result in future bookings requiring full payment in advance.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows but will be applied to your treatment cost when sufficient notice is given.

How to cancel

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone on 07356 255644 or via the booking portal. We will always try to accommodate you at an alternative time.

02

Feedback & Complaints Procedure

Evolve Aesthetics Clinic is committed to providing the highest standard of care. We welcome all feedback — positive or negative — as it helps us continually improve our service.

How to give feedback

You can share feedback at any time by speaking directly with your practitioner, calling 07356 255644, or emailing us. We aim to acknowledge all feedback within 2 working days.

Making a complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or experience, please contact us as soon as possible. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate thoroughly and impartially.

Our process

On receipt of a complaint we will: acknowledge it within 2 working days; investigate fully, which may include reviewing your records and speaking with the practitioner; provide a written response within 20 working days; and where appropriate, offer a resolution such as a follow-up appointment or partial refund.

Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied after our internal process, you may refer your complaint to the relevant professional body. As a Registered Nurse, our practitioner is regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You can contact the NMC at nmc.org.uk.

Confidentiality

All complaints are handled in strict confidence. Information will only be shared with those directly involved in the investigation and resolution of your complaint.

03

Medical Information & Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and carry inherent risks. It is important that you read and understand the following information before proceeding with any treatment.

Medical assessment

A full medical consultation is carried out prior to all treatments. You must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and previous aesthetic treatments. Failure to do so may affect your safety and the outcome of your treatment.

Contraindications

Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances (including pregnancy and breastfeeding) may mean that treatment is not suitable for you. Your practitioner will advise you at consultation.

Risks and side effects

All treatments carry risks. Common side effects include bruising, swelling, redness, and tenderness at the treatment site. Rare but serious complications can occur. Your practitioner will discuss all risks specific to your treatment during your consultation.

Results

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Photographs and case studies shown are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent a guarantee of outcome. Multiple treatments may be required to achieve your desired result.

Aftercare

You will be provided with written aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. Failure to do so may affect your results and increase the risk of complications.

Liability

Evolve Aesthetics Clinic carries full professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your treatment.
